It even helps your day when you look in the mirror and say to your self "You are Smart" (good looking, kind, or whatever makes you feel good). It feels better when someone else tells you!
My Daughter just got a pleasant response from her supervisor:
Ashley is a great addition to Cameron companies. Although she is young, she is very well organized, attention to detail, mature for her age, great personality, always eager to learn more or do more, gets along very well with others and loves her job. And from what I saw when I got up there as far her being organized and on top of things, we need a few more Ashley's in the other districts. I am very pleased with her performance.
People like to know how awesome they are! Of course I already knew where she rated on the meter.
