Time for stretching myself

Day 20 of my 100 Day Attack, and I am on track. I am meeting goals and deadlines.

Day 20 of 100 Days

My celebration for this achievement is a mere increase across the board of 10% for my daily activity.  I often marvel at the compound magic of multiplication by 1.1.   I started my daily goal of door knocks at 30.  After the first 10 days, this increased to a daily 33 answered knocks, and now at Day 21 this increases to 36 – achievable without appearing to add a burden to my day. (Internal acceptance and a new norm established.)

In my exercise routines, the body protests of ten days back are disappearing. Now I can increase the numbers of sets and reps, and time duration by, you’ve guessed it,  a mere 10%. (Lighter note: I WILL get fit even if it kills me.)

Major obvious benefits at Day 20: with routine and accountability to me  (first), incoming phone calls have noticeably increased as I get to meet more people, gaining an idea of their needs as well as their contact information – fodder for yet more phone calls. With increase in numbers of new contacts, I have had to ensure that my recording of new information is accurate and timely.

All good reasons for  getting up, dressing up, showing up and being accountable.

Tony/Darcy- thanks. From past experience, momentum builds early followed by a quantum change. People referring other interesting people etc. Sometimes three and four levels removed from me show up. Great experience.

Carolyn - thanks for the interest. I'm excited. I work well with routines (even for getting in and out of my vehicle safely) so changing to another level is also done with care, where others might take more risk. My 100 day attacks are designed to really shake up my existence, make me feel alive.

Laura - The doing is bringing the activity. Glad to see that you are experiencing the benefits of your increasing activity. We can all expect big things from you.

Barbara - as always thanks for the encouragement. You and I hit AR at the same time: your points outdo mine 2:1 or better. I draw inspiration from you from your activity alone. Your great content and help of others puts you in my "hero" category. Keep being the dynamo and bright light

Debbie - thanks for your interest and comment. This last ten day period was a blur~ over before I realized it. Must be something about "time goes fast when you're having fun".
