Poor performance on current transaction. Gave a short sale approval letter netting countrywide substantially higher $'s than a fair market value offer. Result deal dies. 2 moths later delivered another fair market value offer told us to order an appraisal as she wouldn't, buyer paid for it, submitted appraisal Julia then told us she couldn't take an outside appraiser and had to order one herself ( another 4 week delay) amazingly enough the same appraiser was called by countrywide!
Very slow communication. Result: further loss to Countrywide shareholders in a declining market. Escrow not yet closed.
