Hi Judy - the shingle-style homes in Chisholm Farm are pretty nice. This one seems to have a more functional kitchen than some of the others in there I've shown. I really like that style of home, and having all that space does give a family plenty of room to spread out.

Moni - Just 2 parties showed up and one was a couple (Realtors) that just signed on with Masiello in Portsmouth checking out the area listings. The other a Bride to be back from the bridal show somewhere, I think this is a little more than they can afford but they may call me to sell their condo. We'll see. At least someone came.
