4th of July is right around the corner.
Is your blog ready?
Holidays are popular blog posts and July 4th is one of the biggest.
I let too many special days and events pass me by - the flyer's buried on my desk, the email I forwarded myself remains unopened, the post I planned is in my head but not online.
So I'm planning in advance and making sure I get that holiday post written and added to my blog.
If you're tired of the same old fireworks shots why not use a vintage image to illustrate your post? Long before the internet, 4th of July was a big marketing opportunity holiday judging from the myriad of fabulous postcards produced.
I've gathered a bunch of them on my new website VintageImagesToGo.com where you can purchase vintage graphics for your blog, your marketing, for postcards, etc. for immediate download.
While you're there check out the Houses and Real Estate section. There's lots more to come - old paper is piled up around me - so check back often. I've used vintage images for years on my blog and in mailings. If only I'd had a source where the work - the endless searching, the scanning, the tweaking, the waiting for the mail - was already done for me!
Now I do - I'm shopping my own site for the perfect image to illustrate that 4th of July post I'm promising to write!
