Moonlight Cove is a newer community in the Moon Valley area that is close to local schools, parks and shopping. There are approximately 1000 homes with a population of 2000 and an expected growth of about 5% by 2015.

Many stores are within minutes of the Moon Valley Neighborhood including Target, Walmart, Sam's Club and countless other well known stores and several major malls. There are 2 main grocery stores, Safeway and Fry's Food Store. And there are restaurants to suit everybody's tastes from fast food to fine dining plus several local favorites such as the Moon Valley Cafeand the Moon Valley Sports Bar & Grill.
Location: Moonlight Cove in the Moon Valley area is located about 15 or 20 minutes from Downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor International Airport. Getting around town is a breeze from Moon Valley. I17 is a few minutes away,101 is about 7 minutes away and 51 is about 10 minutes. Piece of cake getting to any part of the Phoenix Valley from Moon Valley!
Moon Valley in North Phoenix is one of my favorite neighborhood. I've been a resident of Moon Valleysince 1998 and we absolutely love living here. It's so amazing to be right in the middle of a big city but it feels like we're in a small town. One of our favorite pastimes is hiking in the North Mountain Preserve. The preserve is huge and they are plenty of trails and walks to give you that 'feeling' of being all by yourself in nature. And it's a few steps away from our front door.
