Bank of America announced a new program that offers some delinquent Lincoln homeowners cash for keys assistance with relocation expenses upon the completion of a qualifying Short Sales in Lincoln CA. 
Qualifying Bank of America borrowers could receive between $2,500 to $30,000 cash for keys upon the close of a Short Sales in Lincoln CA. The total amount is determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the value of the home, amount of the loan, and other considerations.
To be eligible for cash for keys under the new program, the Short Sales in Lincoln CA seller must receive a pre-approved sale price before an offer is submitted. The Short Sales in Lincoln CA must be initiated by the end of this year Decemebr 31, 2012 and close by Sept. 26, 2013.
