I did not even realize that we were having a POW WOW here in Middltown, CT this weekend, until I went out this morning to run some errands, and at the bottom of my subdivision is a farm and it was filled with tents and campers. So I put the errands on hold and had to go check this out.
There were tents set up with Indian Artifacts, various food, and even some Indian Dancing. The longer I was there the more the crowed was growing, so I bet that by this evening the grounds will be pretty full.
I know I am a little late in getting this blog out about the POW WOW, but if you happen to be near Middletown, stop by and check it out. the POW WOW will be going on today and tomorrow, and it is located off Randolph Road, and you can get to it from Lee Street to Chancy Road, to Willcox Road.
Stop by with the family, I bet the kids would love seeing everything that is there.
