Cardiff Ranch Katy TX neighborhood Focus for June 24, 2012

Cardiff Ranch Katy TX neighborhood focus for June 24, 2012 is located in far west Katy TX on FM 1463. Cardiff is right across the street from Churchill Farms. My fist blog in my series of focusing on neighborhoods in Katy TX was about Churchill Farms and can be found by clicking here. Cardiff Ranch is the second of this series of either 5or 7 blogs.

Cardiff is a Canyon Gate community which is situated on 162.3 acres. Home prices per the builders run from $300 - $500 K but I think you would hard pressed to find any home priced less than $320 K. The homes are sized from 2,700 square feet to 4,500 square feet. Cardiff homes are essentially built around one main 13 acre lake which has a boat launch. All homes in Cardiff feature being equipped with a home networking center. This networking center gives residents the advantage of having access to broadband internet service, digital phone service and easy home computer networking with easy setup right in their home.

Builders in Cardiff ranch include Beazer, Meritage and Westin. Check their individual web sites for more specific information about the available homes or call me. Each has their own floor plans and home elevations. All of the homes built in Cardiff are on oversized lots. A new recreation center is scheduled to be built during 2012 but for now Residents can use the facilities located in Westheimer Lakes. The neighborhood is zoned for Katy ISD schools and one should check via the Katy ISD web site to see exactly which schools are zoned for Cardiff Ranch. I plan to write a blog in this series about school zoning and I will include a link to the page where you can input data to see the applicable school zoned for that neighborhood/or section of a neighborhood.

Cardiff is another smaller subdivision located in West Katy where buyers will find homes built on larger lots.
