Iron Horse Subdivision, Montrose, Colorado. This newer subdivision sits on the east side of Montrose just out of town. Iron Horse Subdivision offers many choices of housing types and floor plans. There are townhouse units and one and two story single family floor plans to choose from.
This subdivision gets you out of town, yet is still convenient to all amenities. It's an easy trip, about one mile on Hwy 50, to the Montrose City limits. Montrose has about 30,000 people, and more shopping and dining amenities than you would expect from a town of this size. This town gets a lot of business from Telluride, and many of the businesses are there to cater to the resort traffic.
Iron Horse Subdivision in Montrose, Colorado is low to medium priced for the area. There have been some foreclosures that have come on the market allowing buyers to get a house in the low $100,000 price range.
