Wow, Leilani-you are burning the midnight oil!!! Reading your posts reminds me to check our foreclosures in Tippecanoe County more faithfully! Only two HUD homes coming up for foreclosure and only one in the current shadow inventory!

It looks like Roseville won the most foreclosures in the area award this week. For an area this large, it's probably not considered a large number with only 5. Thanks for the area update as it's very helpful to know what's happening out there.

Endre, there must be a second wave with all the properties in shadow inventory...I just don't think it will be a tsunami, that's all! It may just come in ripples. :)
