If you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all; So…
What's the hardest thing in the world to say??
NOTHING!!
As I've said many times, when an agent asks me "What should I say?"
My response is always the same - "As little as possible."
In real estate practice, my practice is generally, "if it isn't in writing, it didn't happen."

It’s getting harder and harder to bite my tongue these days. But I like to start the week off in a positive frame of mind and so I am just going to meditate and think happy thoughts!
The world seems like such a mean place these days, and I don’t want to contribute to the devolution of civility.
But there are times when enough is enough. And sometimes the bad guys have to be called out for a day of reckoning.
Words, when used responsibly, can become a great equalizer for those that have a legitimate wrong to expose.
Always keep in mind that what separates a rant from constructive criticism is whether or not a solution or resolution is proffered.
It is possible to evoke something positive from the negative with the correct frame of mind in place.
Although some days, it’s a lot harder to so!
