Fireworks frenzy celebrating Independence Day 2012

Independence Day Celebrations in and around Ormond Beach Florida.
There are several fireworks displays and celebrations in and around Independence Day, July 4, 2012 near Ormond By The Sea Florida.

North of Ormond By The Sea Florida in Flagler Beach, there are festivities all day beginning at 10AM and fireworks are scheduled to begin at 9:15PM Flagler Beach Florida off the Flagler Beach Pier. For additional information call 386-437-0106.

On the banks of the Halifax River the free Independence Day Celebration in Ormond Beach Florida begins at 6PM and is concluded with a fabulous fireworks display over the Halifax River. Fireworks start at 9:30 PM. Festivities will begin in Daytona Beach at the Bandshellwith a concert culminating with a fireworks display from the Daytona Beach Pier. Visit www.bandshell.org for additional information.

There will also be fireworks at Daytona International Speedway on July 7th following the Coke Zero 400 NASCAR race.

Hey Al,

The city here has not decided to have the fireworks show or not. We are still in a drought and there is a high fire danger.

That won't stop many revelers from getting their own and having a little fun.

I just hope there is no fires out of the independents who shoot off their own fireworks.
