Jerry, The bulk of these probably fall into the townhome category of condos.  Typically 3-4 attached per building, a few sections have the attached ranch style condos too.

Charita, Hard to top this location for convenient interstate access heading south.  A bit harder heading north, but few folks would be heading north from that point.

Lenn, Absolutely no reason that recipe won't continue to work for a long time to come.

Pamela, The plus of working with both buyers and sellers is we get a good feel for what each side wants.
