Ed, I visit your blog often because it reminds me of what homes looked like when I was growing up in CT. Your market stats and story tells me you clearing know real estate down to its core. A 10+ month absorption rate sounds like the Naugatuck CT market is moving more into recovery.

Ed Naugatuck had to go through a little bit of a transformation from the days of Uniroyal Rubber, and I for one think that transformation was for the better.  Maybe not job wise, but the town seems to look a whole lot better.
