Hi Jan:  Would this home really sell for five and one-half million dollars in your market ?  That price is as hard for me to believe as my price is for you to believe.  And... I can actually hear you pronouncing Bee-You-Tee-Full.  So soft, so melodious, do delicate.  Were you a professional singer at one time ?  Be well... take care...

Karen Anne:

You must tell me HOW you can hear the sound of everyone's voice on AR!  I CANNOT FIND that button!  You can hear Bukaty ... and now me!!!  I can't hear anyone's voice... and I so want to hear Bukaty's because I have been told that her voice is as beautiful as her writing is wonderful... and it is!  I think her profile pic is nice, too. ... back to that hearing the sound of her (my) voice thing... PLEEEZEEE tell me how you do it!

I do love to sing! haha ... you are very good.

And if that house happened to be on deep water, beach front, or on the IntraCoastal Waterway... yes! it would be $5.5MILLION here... really! I can send you comps!

OK Jan:  Here it comes.  If you are familiar with a "personality inventory" called the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, I usually test out as an INFP.  The I is for introvert, the N is for intuitive, the F is for feeling and the P is for perceptive.  My Introvert-Extrovert usually ranges towards the middle... but usually more Introvert than Extrovert... although my introvert is natural, and much of my extrovert is learned or acquired.

On the Intuitive-Sensing scale, I pretty much "pin" the intuitive side of the inventory.  Usually up around the 90 to 95% scale.  So... I have pretty good intuition.  The next pair, the Feeling-Thinking scale, which has to do with how you make decisions, I again pretty much pin the meter on the feeling side... about 95% of the time.  And last, on the Perceiving-Judging scale, I am somewhere in the middle, usually more on the perceiving side, and less on the judging side.  So, MBTI-wise... that makes me an INFP.

Are you sorry you asked yet ?  LOL.

So... with the I and the P so off the deep end so to speak, sometimes when I am reading something someone wrote, I can sometimes "hear" or "sense" or "feel" what they are saying... sometimes better than they can.  It is not something I do on purpose, or even try to do.  Sometimes I try to get away from it, but I just cannot.  Bottom line... I just test out as being intuitive and perceptive.  They are not scientific qualities that one can measure, by any means.  And, sometimes when I think I am intuiting or perceiving something, I am all wet and off base.  So, I guess I really have no idea whatsoever what I am talking about... LOL.  But, that's the best I can do.

OK... time for you to call the guys in the white coats to come and get me.  At least I'll have some peace and quiet, and will be able to take more naps.  Take care... be well...

I don't know MBTI, but I love neurolinguistics and personality testing.  I will google it... I would love to see where I fall.  I can tell you I have left the introvert behind somewhere... although I often prefer to be alone to write.  Sometimes I wish I could take a year off just to hide out and write... then I start seeking out other people, whether on AR or in "real" time! I'll talk to anyone, so I'm an E.  I must have some N, because I often know what's happening on a deeper level when others don't have a clue.  I'm all about feelings... if the opposite of that is factual... decisions always made from the heart.... the head surrenders.  I think I'm perceptive, but sometimes I can be blindsided... never saw that one coming.  Judging, not me either.  Maybe the guys in white coats can put us in the same room and we can talk about it... they better give us our own laptops so we can keep up with AR!!
