Single Family Home Sales began to slow the end of the year. Sales volume is down from the same period last year, while the median prices have stabilized.
Condominium Sales had a drop in volume while the median price saw a small increase from the previous month.
With interest rates lowering, both buyers and sellers should see it a good time to take advantage of the market conditions in most areas.
