If you are searching for a new home in the Woodbridge or Manassas area then look no further than Ashland. Why did I say Woodbridge or Manassas? Ashland homes straddle the two postal address resulting in some Ashland homes being in Woodbridge and others in Manassas.
About the Ashland Neighborhood
There are approximately 800 homes, a combination of detached and townhomes, located in the Ashland neighborhood. The homes are traditional colonial style homes in a combination of brick, stone front and siding. Many of the detached homes have front porches and are situated tree-lined streets. Homes in Ashland range from smaller townhouses at 1.700 SF up to larger detached homes with close to 5,000 square feet.
Location
Ashland is located off of Route 234 (Dumfries Road) less than 5 miles from I-95. Residents can enter the neighborhood off of multiple entry points on Dumfries Road and also off of Spriggs Road. Ashland is close to Quantico MCB and multiple commuter lots for travel to the Pentagon and DC.

Community Amenities
Residents in the Ashland neighborhood have access to the Ashland Conservancy Clubhouse. Inside the clubhouse there is a lounge area, meeting room, catering kitchen and exercise room. Outside is a large swimming pool, a tot pool and multiple tennis courts. The HOA offers multiple events throughout the year for residents to enjoy.
Things to Do Near Ashland
The Ashland Community is directly across the street from the 15,000 Prince William County Forest Park which offers bicycle and walking trails. There are currently two shopping centers close by which include grocery stores and restaurants. A new shopping center is breaking ground within walking distance of the Ashland clubhouse.
