Just a reminder to think ahead for your closings. In case we forget any "tropical storm" that is "in the box" can delay a closing.
I guess I was so focused on getting title and lender together for a CTC (Clear to Close) that the insurance slipped my mind. Now as you see below... just about ALL of Florida is in the box.
Market Update - Low Inventory, Great Prices, Contract Binding Opportunities available... Insurance Binding for closings... not for now.
If anyone knows of an insurance carrier binding for South Florida (clearly out of the cone) Please let me know.
Guess it it time to return to Hurricane Season Closing Checklist tasks!. Homebuyers... remember, bind your insurance if you want to close in time!
