That size vehicle would be very tough to get downtown, especially with all the people and traffic during the festival. I honestly would suggest parking at a larger business out of downtown area and biking, taking a cab or BATA bus downtown. Perhaps a place like Meijer or Walmart which are both only a couple miles from Downtown. Meijer would probably be your easiest IN/OUT with the motor home and they have a huge parking lot on the north side of the building by the car wash that rarely has many vehicles in it.
