I have been using video marketing since late 2007, but only recently turned my powers towards listings.
I am seeing a surge in views, and I am getting better at doing them. In the past, when I did a carcast. I would simply let the camera run and sooner or later I would say something worth keeping, but when I do a listing video I need to make sure that I am some what scripted more importantly I need to sound like I am not reading.
The Ropes for Video Marketing
- Script - know your subject: the home, the neighborhood, the sub-division and feature some high lights.
- Lighting - in my first video, I had some complaints about that in my last video listing.
- Call-To-Action - Always include a call to action to call to set-up a showing or see how they can get their own listing video
The new improved and keeps getting better listing video
