By

Over the past 21 years The Cinco Ranch and the Katy area have seen an explosion of building and growth. Many people moved to Katy to be in the suburbs. What made Katy such a great place was that is has a small town homey community. When people do their research and talk to others who have moved before there is one community that is whispered in all answers Katy. Why the schools. Yes folks we are on our last two sections in Cinco Ranch after that if you want to live in Cinco Ranch you will have to a used home. We have 2 great sections 52 and 60. Section 52 is tucked away no power lines and a beautiful park in front of the section adds to hidden aways enclave feel. Our last section will be delivered late July or early August will be the last 65’ section for David Weekley. Cinco lots are drying up. Why should buy in these 2 sections? Well because they will have a new elementary school opening this fall. The way Katy opens schools is like a fine science the pick their biggest and brightest stars to open the schools to ensure a stellar success. Also, these two sections will feed into the new Junior High opening this fall Seven Lakes Junior High and then I saved the best for last these sections feed into Seven Lakes High School which has been named by Newsweek one of the top 1000 High Schools in the country. It ranks #277 the highest of any Katy High School!

Prospective home buyers should pay close attention to your advice.  Good schools help increase the resale value of a home.

Yolanda,

There are only sectins keft in Cinco ranch to own a new home is an amzing fact for me. Katy ISD is one of the top school distict in this state and in the US. You better stop procastinating and buy now before the opportunities are all gone. res;la eprices will jump once all the builders fold their tents and go somewhere else. I teally like the term you used to descibe "opening anew school being "fine science".

Amazing about Texas and all that is happening there, especially schools. Here, they are closing them left and right. Almost every few days, there is a news story about parents protesting school closures. Maybe it is time to look at buying a cowboy hat. cheers cvc
