Hemet California, once called the retirement city, where there were more banks per person than just about any other town. Senior housing, or 55 and older communities popped up everywhere. Well now, we "baby-boomers" are at that stage of our lives where we are either retired, near retirement, or just TIRED of living in neighborhoods where the cars are racing up and down the street, the neighbor has two cars in the driveway that leak oil and haven't been driven in months, and everyday noise.
