The Landmark is a luxury condominium community in the Kierland neighborhood of North Scottsdale. It is steps away from the Kierland Commons shopping and entertainment complex as well as the Scottsdale Quarter development. This first chart looks at the current inventory of condos for sale as well as the single pending sale. There is not a lot of inventory available at this point. Prices range from $339,950 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,606 square foot unit on the second floor to $2,650,000 for a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3,946 square foot penthouse.
The Landmark Condo Sales - Through June 27, 2012
The first quarter of 2012 was excellent for condo sales at The Landmark. Seven units sold in various price points. The second quarter was much slower with only two sales on opposite sides of the price spectrum.
