The Tools That Keeps Me on the GO GO!
Like most real estate agents, I can not imagine having to do business without my phone. And if you have EVER had a bad phone -- I had TWO in a row, then you can appreciate my relief when I got my first iPhone. It’s been Heaven ever since.
I won’t go into all the great things about the iPhone, because you already know that. What I do want to tell you about are a few APPS that keep me on the GO GO!
iMovies: This is my all time FAVORITE app. While I am taking the photos for my listing, I can shoot some still shots and short video clips, and put them in iMovies. I do a voice over (or several), add music, and send it directly to YouTube from my phone.
Before iMovies, I was using a bloggie. That was just too time consuming. I had to find a computer to download it and pray that I said everything right when I shot it.... I found that I just wasn’t doing videos for my clients.
With iMovies I can re tape the voice over as many times as I like to get it just right. If my voice over goes over a few seconds, I can adjust the amount of time my photo stays up to make it match. It is quick and easy. Most of all, it is FUN and my clients and BUYERS love it. Here's a video I made of a home built in the 1920's called This Ole House. It has been viewed 108 times! Not bad!
With iMovies I spend less time in front of a computer and more time out and about the community!
Staying with the movie making theme, the other application that I would like to share with you is Photoshop Express. If your photo needs a little cropping, etc. Just put it in the Photoshop app right there on your phone, and it can be fixed and downloaded back to your phone in a jiffy. Now it is ready to be used in iMovies.
Again, since I do not have to go to my computer to edit the photo, this app saves me time and keeps me moving right along!
Technology changes faster than I can type, so for now, these are my two favorite apps that keep me on the Go Go! What are some of your favorite apps that keep you going?
