Summer time is always filled with the expectations of vacations, seeing family, doing day trips with the grand kids, working in the garden, sitting on the patio watching the birds, enjoying the long evenings and this year is no different. As I am writing this my mind is not on work but the expectation of different families arriving to help celebrate a birthday. I am wondering what I have perhaps forgot to do and in the end it will not matter as once people arrive there will be many hands to help. The important thing is to enjoy time together, sit around the fire, tell stories and remember family members that are not with us anymore.
So on the prairie in Post Falls Idaho our family will sitting around the fire, cooking on the grill, remembering past family gatherings, and sharing with the grand children.
