Haha! Yes is is a 15 minute walk from the beach and the Dana Point Harbor! I saw them today and they've already remodled the kitchen and it looks great! Just in time for the 4th of July:)
It's funny the wind was so loud that day because it's usually sunny here! But we had some cloudy days with light rain in the end of May.
