New Hampshire Home Staging Consult - These Sellers Did Their Homework!

 

As a Professional Home Stager in New Hampshire, I don't always get to see the results of the "to-do" lists that I provide to sellers during a home staging consult.   I never know how clients will interpret my suggestions, and I don't always get the chance to return to the home after their "homework" is complete.

I was very happy recently to return to a listing and get some photos after the sellers had made my suggested changes.

I was very pleased with the transformation!

Sharon, what a remarkable transformation to make the house more presentable!  I'm sure this took the sellers many hours of work, but it was worth it to enhance the appeal of the home!  I can't believe the difference in the pantry and what a difference that made!  Well done!

Sharon - I'm so glad these home owners listened to you.  There was just too much stuff (well, everywhere), but especially on the surfaces:  countertops, coffee table etc.  I'm also glad you advised the client to paint that red nook where the t.v. is located a more neutral colour - so much more soothing.

Valerie:  I didn't see the sellers at my follow up visit, but I did tell their agent to tell them that I give them a big gold star for their transformation!

Barbara:  I love seeing B & A pics too!  Thank you!

Bruce:  This pantry is such a bonus...it's a great size.  They did a great job...I especially liked the canning jars!

Dorie:  Even when you try to be specific, the interpretation can be disappointing.  Not this time...they did a great job. 

Joanna:   In the pantry I told them to think William Sonoma, and that's just what they did!

Kathy:  I hope to someday have a pantry like this!  I'm sure buyers will find it very appealing.

Roger:  I was so excited when I got there and saw the results.  You just never know!

Sally:  The red nook really needed an update.  I don't have any other pics of that room to show, but the furniture got an update too.  It had a grammy loveseat and chair and I had them move a different loveseat and chair from another room....they also changed the window treatments.

Alexandra:  It's going to be a difficult home to sell because of it's age....it's a historical home so there's a much smaller buyer pool.  Let's just hope that the right one comes along soon!

Janice:  Now all we need is the right buyer!  It really is a beautiful home.  The property is amazing.

Tatyana:  Exactly....because looking through seller's eyes won't work!
