Town Homes and Condos for Sale in Livermore, CA

Livermore TownhomesLivermore town homes and condos for sale have generated a great deal of interest in the last couple of years, but this year especially. They are always an attraction for First Time Buyers, but even more so as interest rates have continued to drop.  Those who have been renting are painfully aware of rising rental rates and are anxious to become homeowners with a more predictable monthly housing expense.

Additionally, investors have swooped in on this market segment as current monthly rents are more apt to cash flow with today’s low interest rates. Competition is strong, and inventory is low making this a very brisk component of the local real estate market.

I sat in for an agent at a condo open house this past weekend here in Marin.  Traffic was very good and I suspect a good percentage were investors.  There were, however, several very interested first-time buyers and that's always nice to see.  A robust condo market, in my opinion, is indicative of broader health in the housing market.
