Pueblo West Colorado is a 26,000 acre development originally started in the late 1960’s. Over time Pueblo West has grown by leaps and bounds. Now thousands of people call Pueblo West home. Built up and around the Fryingpan – Arkansas project, today called Lake Pueblo or Pueblo Reservoir. The area has several elementary schools, middle school and a high school as well as shopping and emergency services.

Dena, you guys sure do have lots of land out there to develope, and still have plenty of distance between houses.

The distance between neighbors is the appeal of the area I think. Although it does make some people nervous. I had a woman visit Pueblo West once and got overly excited. "What if there's an emergency" My reply was do what ever you do in an emergency at home. She couldn't handle an acre of land, she went back to her NYC apartment.
