This is day 29 of the latest 30-day challenge, and we lost power and the Internet. And it's the last day that I can post about my all time favorite mobile device. Yikes!
What's a girl to do?
Ah! That's why God invented I-Pads.
When I first thought about my favorite can't-do-without electronic communications toy device I assumed I was going to write about my I-Phone. I do love it.
But the other night, I had a dream that a big old Kansas style tornado was headed my way - it had three funnels that were intertwined. Pretty scary!. It was time to run for cover to the basement. I grabbed my flute, my I-Phone and Willie the Labradoodle for a dive for shelter.
Then, I stopped in my tracks and ran back upstairs to grab my most important little tool of the trade - my trusty I-Pad. And now I know why I find my I-Pad so indespensible.
It's not like it does things that my I-Phone can't. They share all of the same apps. It's just that it's a lot easier to use most of those apps. The I-Pad screen is big enough to see without squinting. The camera is pretty much the same, but somehow things looks bigger and brighter on the I-Pad. And the keyboard is a whole lot easier to type on than the one on my I-Phone.
Oh, and there is even an app called Line-Two that makes it possible to make and receive calls on the I-Pad.
It's almost midnight, and thanks to this handy little tool of the trade, I was able to get this post up in time.
I sort of feel like I have to apologize to my I-Phone. It is a truly amazing piece of miraculous technology.
I'll fix typos and add pictures in the morning.
