It is true that some things are better the second time around and in case you missed all these great post, stop by and take another look. The great ones are just hard to find even when featured you may miss a good one or two.

From who would have thought Paul McCartney would make it to 70 to who would be dumb enough to MOLEST an Aligator to what if we could go back in time and everything in between.

It was a sizzling hot week in Washington, DC that has nothing to do with the real estate market.   And it was hard to lure any but the most motivated buyers from their air conditioned homes and offices to go look at houses.  And it's only June!  Anyway, it left more time for blogging and coming up with some favorite posts.  Here they are:

Susan Neal: Happy 70th Birthday, Sir Paul McCartney!  This one transported me back to my youth and the early 1960's.

Dale Baker: History Museum in The City of Claremont New Hampshire  Dale's post is a reminder of how wonderful local history museums can be.

Tni LeBlanc: Do You Have Any Offers? Do You Have Any Offers? Do You.... Hello?  Ah!  Tni found a new use for a web cam!

Lori Bowers: How to get other real estate agents to like you  Ah!  What a simple answer Lori gives us!

Gary Woltal: Attraction Is A Fundamental In Life Design  This is something we can't be reminded of often enough.

Barbara Jo Berberi: Please Don't Molest The Alligators!  Geeze!  You mean they have to put up a sign to remind us?

Peggy Wester: Cutting Corners to Get the Deal Done -- I'm Not Impressed  So true when the devil is in the details.

Katerina Gasset: Our Son Gets A Standing Ovation Pitching for Wellington All Stars  Go Tristan!

Paula Hathaway: ...JUST A BASE-TOUCHING POST--SO I DON'T LOSE MY "RAINMAKER" STATUS!  Hey!  It could happen!

Tammy Lankford: If you could go back 6 months would you change anything?  Oh, I'll bet many of her readers would!

That's all for today.  I'll see you next week, and stay cool!

What a great post - thanks for sharing.  i really enjoyed reading.  i think it will take a long time to get these thoughts out of our buyers minds.  The buyers really need to trust and listen to the professionals that are out in the market every single day.  Thank you! :)
