It's time to take a look back at my top posts for June. Most of these were featured. This is helpful to see what is interesting here on AR, but it doesn't necessarily provide the best snapshot of what the public is finding via search. Soon, I'm going to publish my top wordpress blog posts which is really based on search results (rather than AR community). I wish there was a better way to use analytics on AR to see sort the top posts and look at this over time, and from searches that were done in google vs. what was featured on AR. Maybe some day...
I just got a lead from my t-shirt Sometimes, just letting people know what you do is a sure way to start a conversation and get some leads wo/ extra effort. (Also, BTW, I just got a new lap top sticker...and already got a lead from that, too).
What was the real estate agent thinking? This was about a customer with her home on the market and it's been on the market for a long time. I had a simple a ha moment that I hope will help her. We'll never know, though...because I have since learned that she used someone else who could get the carpet there faster. Ironic, given how long her house has been on the market.
My blog helped another customer Yes, another out of state customer found my blog, called me and I was able to help her.
Laminate flooring - Is it waterproof?? This is a common misperception...and many of the comments validate this.
Sometimes the customer says one thing, but means another This is a classic case of a rude know-it-all customer who told me they knew exactly what they wanted...and they were completely mistaken.
My first Google + Hang out...with Phil Faranda This was just a quick note about how Phil and I are starting to work together more...it's amazing how fellow Rainers can help each other and the connection we feel. I think this may have been featured in the daily drop since I got lots of comments from people I don't know.
