Detached Executive Homes in Brampton Ontario
Back in the mid '80's four builders Fram, Grand Oaks, Lakeview and Senator collaborated and built the subdivision of Brampton Olde Towne in Brampton, Ontario.
It filled in an area from Chinguacousy Rd. to Burt Drive, to Kimbark Drive and down to Queen St. It was mostly to the west of the Northwood Park area and many residents of that area moved up and into these beautiful executive homes. 
From the original floor plans that we have, the smallest house offered was 1530 sq. ft. and the largest was 3150 sq. ft. offering a main floor den as well as a family room.
The variety of layouts offer so many different features that one builder claimed were "in praise of elegant living" and they are. The subdivision was and still is today, a success. There are tree lined streets of manicured yards and proud owners.
If you ask us where in Brampton, Ontario is a nice area to live with many conveniences, we would have to recommend the Brampton Olde Towne neighbourhood.
