Riverwalk Vista - Riverside New Home Community was once a deserted ghost town seated above the 91 fwy. It is now a thriving resort style, gated community which offers nine floorplans within three distinct neighborhoods.

Providing homeowners commuting to Orange county or Los Angeles easy access. The bluff side location offers residents beautiful city and mountain views amidst greenbelts, walking paths and parks. The crown jewel of Riverwalk Vista is the expansive recreation center which provides a resort style pool with a beautiful waterfall, lush green lawns, outdoor entertaining pavilion and barbecue area. (Wonder if you'll be able to see fourth of July fireworks?)

TriPointe Homes and Artisian Communties have partnered to create an enchanted oasis within theRiverwalk Vista -Riverside New Home Community. The single and two story homes within the three communities:

  • Suncrest -- 1500 - 1975 square feet priced from mid $200's
  • Sagebluff -- 2866 - 3206 square feet priced from mid $300's
  • Topazridge -- 2567 - 3773 square feet priced from low $400's

Offering buyers a wide selection of amenities and styles from which to select their new home. The HOA fee's are $184 monthly with a tax rate of approximately 1.7%. New home, trees, blue sky

A few energy efficient features found within the Riverwalk Vista Homes are tankless water heaters, low E glass (glass is coated with a thin layer of silver which lessens the amount of heat transferred) , Radiant barrier roof sheathing (a barrier which reflects the sun's heat and reduces cooling costs.)

New Construction Homes are built on a schedule which allows buyers the opportunity to personalize their home depending upon cut-of dates. For example structural changes are required when foundations are poured, electrical and plumbing changes are made prior to the installation of either.

Currently Sagebluff has a Phase Two release with homes scheduled for completion during September and October 2012. Of the few homes remaining buyers are able to select the master bathroom, kitchen counters and flooring.

It is recommended that an experienced Realtor negotiate on your behalf when purchasing a new home. Remember the office Sale's person represents the builder and his best interests.
