Fireworks Displays in North Orange County


ANAHEIM: Disneyland will have a special fireworks show July 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th at 9:30 p.m.


ANAHEIM: Peralta Canyon Park, 115 N. Pinney. “Thanks To Our Troops” is the theme for this year’s Fourth of July celebration and begins at 5:30 a.m. with a 5/10K run – 2K walk at Canyon High School. For registration and information: www.racewire.com/anaheim. Followed by a pancake breakfast from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., and the Yankee Doodle Dog Show at 10:00 a.m. The parade begins at 3:00 p.m. starting at Canyon High School, down Santa Ana Canyon Road and will end at N. Pinney. At Peralta Canyon Park expect fun for the entire family with food and game booths from 12:30 p.m. – 8:45 p.m., and entertainment from

BUENA PARK: Knott’s Berry Farm will have a 4th of July fireworks celebration.


CYPRESS, LOS ALAMITOS, ROSSMOOR, and SEAL BEACH: The cities are sponsoring a 4th of July event at the Joint Forces Training Base Los Alamitos, located at 11200 Lexington Drive. Gates open at 4:00 p.m. Fireworks start at 9:00 p.m. Admission is free. Parking is $5. For information call (714) 229-6780.


FULLERTON: Fullerton High School Stadium, 201 E. Chapman Ave., will be the site of the City’s festival & fireworks show. Gates open for the festival at 5:00 p.m. Fireworks start at 9:00 p.m. Admission is free. Stadium is located at the north end of campus. Lemon Street will be closed to traffic. LA HABRA: La Habra High School Stadium, 801 Highlander, will be the location of the City’s 4th of July entertainment which starts at 5:00 p.m. Fireworks start at 9:00 p.m. For more information: (562) 905-9708.


SEAL BEACH: Seal Beach Country Club will have a private show.


YORBA LINDA: A fantastic "July 4th Spectacular" will be held at Veterans Park located at 4756 Valley View Avenue and Yorba Linda Middle School located at4777 Casa Loma Avenue. This family friendly event begins at 5:00 p.m. and will be capped off with a spectacular fireworks show scheduled for 9:00 p.m.

Fireworks Displays in Central Orange County


COSTA MESA: Mesa Verde Country Club will host a private show.

COSTA MESA: Santa Ana Country Club will host a private show.

HUNTINGTON BEACH: Fireworks will be shot from the end of the Huntington Beach Pier at dusk. For more information on the City’s 4th of July activities, go to www.hb4thofjuly.org.


IRVINE: Irvine High School, 4321 Walnut, will be the site of the Irvine Police Association’s 4th of July event starting at 3:00 p.m. with a fireworks display at 9:00 p.m. For additional information, call (949) 724-0488.


IRVINE: Verizon Wireless Amphitheater will host a Pacific Symphony concert and fireworks display. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. for picnicking. Food and beverages are allowed in the amphitheater. Call the Pacific Symphony at (714) 755-5799 for information.


IRVINE: Woodbridge Village Association will host a private show.


NEWPORT BEACH: Big Canyon Country Club will host a private show.


NEWPORT BEACH: Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort, 1131 Back Bay Drive, will host their 54th annual July Fourth event with a fireworks display. Gates open at 7:00 a.m. It is $50 per car fee with up to 6 wristbands. Walk-ins are $10 per wristband. For more information call (949) 729-3863.


CITY OF ORANGE: Fred Kelly Stadium at El Modena High School, 3920 Spring Street, will be the site of the City of Orange’s July 3rd celebration and fireworks show starting at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. SANTA ANA: Centennial Park, 3000 W. Edinger Avenue, will be the site of the City of Santa Ana’s Independence Day Celebration on Sunday, July 1. Enjoy food, a kid's zone, live music and much more from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. There will be a spectacular fireworks show over Centennial Lake at 9:00 p.m. Admission is free. TUSTIN: Tustin High School’s Northrup Field, 1171 El Camino Real, will be the site of the City’s 4th of July celebration and fireworks show. The event is free and starts at 6:30 p.m. For information call (714) 573-3326.


Fireworks Displays in South Orange County


ALISO VIEJO: Grand Park at Town Center will be the location of the community’s 4th of July activities and fireworks show. For information call (949) 448-5922.


DANA POINT: Fireworks will be shot from a barge outside of the harbor. Off-site parking and free round trip shuttle service is available from Dana Hills High School. For more information call (949) 248-3530.


DANA POINT: The St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort will have a BBQ and fireworks display for their guests on Tuesday, July 3.

EMERALD BAY: A private show will be shot offshore from a barge.

LAGUNA BEACH: The City’s fireworks display will be shot after dusk from Monument Point at Heisler Park on Cliff Drive with the best viewing from Main Beach.


LAGUNA BEACH: Three Arch Bay will have a private show shot offshore from a barge.


LAGUNA BEACH: Irvine Cove will host a private show.


LADERA RANCH: Founder’s Park will be the site for the 4th of July activities and firework display for residents of Ladera Ranch.


LAGUNA HILLS: The Community Center and Sports Complex, 25555 Alicia Parkway, will be the site of the community’s 4th of July celebration and fireworks show. Gates open at 4 p.m. Admission is free. Call (949) 707-2680 for additional information.


LAGUNA NIGUEL: Laguna Niguel Regional Park will be the site for the City of Laguna Niguel’s firework show. For additional information, call (949) 425-5100.


LAKE FOREST: The Sun and Sail Club will host a private low-level show shot from a barge on the lake.


MISSION VIEJO: Mission Viejo Country Club will host a private display this year.


MISSION VIEJO: Olympiad Road between Marguerite and Melinda will be the location of the Mission Viejo 4th of July Street Faire and Fireworks Spectacular. Faire opens at noon. Admission is free. For more information, call (949) 830-7066.


RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA: Lago Santa Margarita will be the site for a low-level fireworks display.


SAN CLEMENTE: Fireworks begin at dusk from the end of the San Clemente Pier.


SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO: San Juan Capistrano Sports Park will be the site for this year’s 4th of July celebration. Gates open at 3:00 p.m. Fireworks begin at 9:00 p.m. For additional information call (949) 493-5911.

Great idea to post the events for your entire County.  I will post for my home City, but make a note to do a County-Wide PSA for next year.
