Independence Day is almost upon us, what a grand holiday for us to be looking forward to. I hope you have some time planned to spend with family and friends, maybe enjoy some good eating and some fireworks.

We've had a wonderful week, productive in so many ways, two new listings, several showings, and beautiful weather EXCEPT for it being so dry here already this year.

I was able to locate a wonderful AR member to send a referral out to this past week. Don's niece has recently moved out of state and is ready to buy a home.

Many of our AR members are in areas that have been hit with storms and have been dealing with power outages. My heart goes out to the things they are dealing with.

It was a very good week! Loan docs made it to escrow so two down to the wire deals should close tomorrow/Tuesday. I was oh so grateful to live somewhere that was not on fire - either literally or temperature wise. And I made a dozen jars of strawberry jam for the freezer - yummy!!!
