Escondido’s Annual Fourth of July Celebration and Fireworks will take place at Grape Day Park at 321 N. Broadway near downtown Escondido.
There will be plenty of free entertainment, including magicians, baton twirlers, musical performances, children’s arts projects, contests, and fireworks. Refreshments will be available for purchase.
Bring a picnic and blanket. The event begins at 4:30 p.m. and continues until 9:30 p.m. The fireworks will begin at 9:00 p.m. High back chairs, alcohol, pets, and barbecues are not permitted.
On an interesting note, one of our agents, Dennis Bates, is a pyro-technician and will be working on the fireworks somewhere in San Diego County this year. We wish Dennis, our clients, and all Americans a safe and joyous Independence Day.
