Virtual Tours on Postlets

Services for Real Estate Pros with Insight 360

In my search for new and exciting services to offer my Virtual Tour clients I have discovered Many of you may know about this awesome website already and some may discover it through this Blog. I have decided to add this to my list of services to my clients. As a Virtual Tour Provider in Colorado serving the North Metro Denver Area, including Longmont and Boulder, which is a huge area, I have come to realize that the more exposure a home has, the greater the chances are for that home being sold. It's all in the Marketing. Here is a Postlet I have created for a new client!

Hello Vikki,

We LOVE our postlets!  Upgrade your postlet and you will no longer see the advertisements to the right of your listing.  Upgrading is well worth the small price!

Happy Selling,

Steven Simmons & Marti Schmidt, REALTORS, Prudential GHP, beautiful Ocean Shores, WA.

I have been using postlets for quite a while now. I am very happy with it. However... does anyone have any suggestions as to where some good sites are to put the postlets on? I normally just post the ad on craigslist. I'd like to get it out there more. Any suggestions???

I created my first postlet a couple of weeks ago.  It hasn't drawn an enormous amount of traffic to the virtual tour, but I will probably continue to use them and track the results. Thanks for the info.

Hi Vikki - looks good!!  I would love to hear whether your Postlets successfully makes it out to the syndicated sites.  I created my first set of postlets a couple of weeks ago for one of my clients and they have only spotty success at making it to designated distribution sites.   They have a great look -- I hope that my initial experience was a fluke and that they have reliable syndication.  Would love to regularly offer this service with confidence to my clients.
