Get More Clients - New Email and Website Content Format

Do you know about the [new] formatting for Emails and Website content to gain more readers/borrowers/buyers/customers?

Unless you have a younger-generation IT guy or someone helping you with marketing then honestly, unless you are just an odd one in the pack and know all of the new-age techniques, you should finish reading this blog (I tried keeping it shorter for ya!).

Seems like every day there is some new marketing technique to get more customers/clients…. Well, I’m not going to go into “the latest and greatest” but instead just give some eye-opening advice/tips that I was fortunate enough to get shared with me. 

Took a shot of  a graphical charts that depicts the huge increase of mobile users versus computer users. Put in another way, more people view internet articles, emails, websites, etc. using their smart phones and not their laptops or PCs/office computers. The day of reckoning has arrived!  Time to either re-review formatting for smart phone viewing or learn it here – very, very simple and proven to get you more readers of emails and www content.

Mobile opens versus PCs

Make your content less condensed.  Spread it out into just a few sentences at a time – and be sure to shorten your regular rows of email text into about ½ the size.  This will seem to make emails longer but really, you make them more readable by smart phone users – which increased by 80% over PCs!

Do you use your smart phone to view emails and/or search the internet/review websites?  I know I sure do more and more.  Of course I’m in my office more than not but heck, on weekends and when out in my car this is how I find things – the smart phone!  And I hate when I can’t easily read something or get info from a website…. so these tips really hit home (it’s what my younger IT guy has been trying to say for months but I just didn’t listen all the time!!). 

Hope this helps.  I know it has for my office's RE and Hard Money emails that are regularly sent out to let RE Agents and Brokers know the advantage of using my company and our hard money loans for those with bad credit, recent bankruptcy, short sale or foreclosure or event just difficult to prove incomes due to self employment or needing faster loans to get that contract accepted over many others, to buy a home.   

Do what you want but if you are someone trying to succeed, do better for yourself and your family then put this to use.  I know it’ll help.

thanks for the chart. its obvious that most consumers are using their phone for realestate property searches and virtual tour viewing.

When i do open houses I always ask folks how they heard about the open house.  9 out of 10 folks say it was the internet and then they go on to show me the phone app that finds open houses.
