Maybe it is the view of the Usury Mountains, Red Mountain and the Superstation Mountain.
Many residence find that the variety of homes and well maintain community makes it a desirable place to live. You will find homes ranging from, town homes to massive estates homes of 10,000 square feet. The Las 
Sendas AZ real estate development is made up of many sub-communities covering 1800 acres of master planned community. Most of the homes in the Las Sendas - Apache Wells area are in smaller segmented gated communities but you will also find homes in non-gated portions of the community like in the sub-community of Grayfox. The community is made up of tract homes, semi-custom and custom homes that all conform to the Las Sendas CC&Rs design style. There is a wide selection of homes to choose from, including single and multi-story homes with views and other with seclusion. There are a vast array of homes to choose from and locating the perfect home is within your reach.
Las Sendas AZ real estate is subject to at least one home owners association (HOA). The main HOA run around $300 per quarter and depending on the sub-association you choose will determine your total association costs. The association dues appear to be put to good use. Just drive around the community and you will see that the community is well kept with many amenities that add to the desirability of the community.

This is also a prestigious golf course community that is consistently ranked in the top 10 of courses in Arizona. The Las Sendas Golf Club also features Bogey’s Steak & 
Seafood restaurant. The community association has an activities director to coordinate the facilities and programs. There is no shortage of parks and trails for outdoor activities including miles of natural desert pathways for walking and biking. Don’t forget the other activity areas like basketball courts, volley ball courts, grass play areas, softball and soccer fields, bar-b-q areas, ramadas and swimming pools.
Local Activities
As you can imagine from the list of amenities there is no shortage of activities within the Las Sendas AZ real estate community. But there is plenty to do within just a few miles of the community. First there is easy access to the Loop 202 freeway heading west and south. There is nearby grocery shopping, banking at most of the major banks, many restaurants to choose from, don’t miss the Red White and Brew one of my favorite places to meet clients for a post-sale celebration. Just 5 miles from Banner Hospital and minutes from the Superstation Springs Mall and served by Red Mountain High School.
