Virtual Tour Samples

Services for Real Estate Pros with Insight 360

Real Tour Vision has provided us with a software that is amazing! Being able to adjust the lighting for EACH shot allows us--the dealers to produce the highest quality images from the start.  I then take each shot into a post editing software to straighten walls, enhance lighting and contrast etc. What happens next in the tour building process is what I feel is the most amazing part of our tours... the Interactive HotSpots.

Interactive HotSpots are clickable buttons within the tour window. When clicked, the view moves through the home from room to room as though they were really inside. It's a truly interactive experience!

Here is a sample tour:

Hotspots can be left out for those who would prefer they not be added. This is where the next best feature of our tours would take front seat--AutoPlay. With AutoPlay the Tour viewer opens the tour, sits back and watches at the tour automatically moves from scene to scene. The order the tour is played is set during the building process. I allow my clients to select the scene order should they choose to do so. Here is a sample:

Thank you Vikki, I personally don't like 360 tours why not 180 they look much more natural. Any way virtual tour is a must now days for sellers and buyers.

As a Virtual Tour provider my client's satisfaction is what I strive for. Just as I left out the hotspots for the realtor who did not care for them, I would shoot partial panoramas for those who liked some movement without the full 360. With our system that is totally possible!

Thanks for the comment.

Vikki:

I keep telling my clients, "it's their tour." Most trust my "eye" but some want it done their way. I always let them make the final decision. Some want 360's, other want partials. Some want hot spots. Some don't, and some want the ones I created moved or changed.

The cool thing is that we can deliver what they want ... we don't have a one size must fit all product!
