In honor of this one, perfect union, here’s a quiz for you to see if you can pass the U.S. Citizenship Test. When preparing for the citizen test, it was nerve-wracking trying to remember the Articles and Amendments to the Constitution, who was who, etc.
The quiz is pretty much the same style of questions with changes in who was who then and now.

I am fairly certain I would not pass without even taking the test. I used to LOVE history when I was in school, but life has made me forget many things, lol! Great post!

Happy to report I passed :) with flying red, white and blue colors. Missed a few that in retrospect I should have answered correctly. But I wasn't too sharp on my American History.
I had my significant other (who was born and raised here) and I beat him by just one answer. HA!
This would require a little study...it sure would reduce the population if it were a requirement for everyone !

Pacita, I just became American and had the app on my phone. This way I could walk the dog and learn the 100 questions. My immigration officer only asked the simplest of questions. Was he afraid I wouldn't pass otherwise?
I am not sure but he failed my test. He wrote down my name wrong and I ended up with a new identity. I wasn't even married on paper anymore and it was a hassle to reverse his mistake and correct my name so I could get a passport and travel again.

Sorry you went through what you did....but didn't it make the ultimate result of being a citizen make you feel a thousand times better?
THe first time I took the test, I was so proud to get 100% right.
But on this online test, I missed a few..but still felt great when many of the natural born citizens scored less than I did :)
