The beginning of this post came about after Bryant Tutas did a post about doing short sales and conventional sales...a little of
this and a lot of that! Everyone thought he only did short sales. Well that hit a nerve with me immediately. I wondered whether that had become true of how I was viewed as a North Kingstown real estate agent?
Certainly in my real estate office I am the go to person for short sales. But I also do regular sales...A lot of regular home sales for sellers NOT underwater and regular home buys for BUYERS.
I am waving my flag and putting my ruby reds right out there that I am a bona fide RI Realtor. I am lucky to be in a place where I can help people through their home sales when financial difficulty is a big part of the process.
My Mantra remains:
