I recently found this funny little video from another Rainmaker that reminded me how important it is to LISTEN to the customer.
Here in Victoria BC, we are blessed with a market that has generally held up pretty well and in some areas median prices have actually increased.
That being said, I pay some attention to trends, but more importantly I'll always pay MORE ATTENTION to my client!

I have seen this video before. The folks that amaze me are the ones that go thru a script and do not notice that 1/2 way thru I am ready to by. By the end i just want to escape
