How Long Does It Take To Get a Sarasota Rental Property Rented?

There are three main determining factors with respect to getting your Sarasota investment property rented quickly:

Property Condition: A property that is in pristine move-in condition will likely rent faster, and for more money than a property with unaddressed deferred maintenance issues.
