I'm Geeky and I know it.....

With 89% of Buyers starting their home search online, I believe it is critical to have an internet presence and market your listings and business in as many places as possible. Recently, I completed the Internet Marketing Specialist Designation (IMSD) Program, and can honestly say, It was by far one of the best courses I have ever been through. As a REALTOR®, I take a lot of courses.

Not only do Ben & Chad teach you all sorts of wonderful things that will help your business and your presence online, the resources they offer are TOPS! Once you complete all of the classes and your homework (don't worry, you'll enjoy the homework), Ben Kinney shares his listing presentation with you. You can save it, then edit it to make it yours, and it is FABULOUS!

They teach you how to optimize your time & efforts on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Craigslist. They teach you the importance of a website and how to make the most of every moment spent on the internet. You will learn how to get internet leads , how to recognize them, and how to turn them into business. They show you the best & newest tech tools and how to use them. Search Engine Optimization and Blogging.... They teach you that too, and so much more!

Great resources and a network of other "Geeks", along with the top notch education make the course well worth your time and money! Check out IMSD, I highly recommend it!

Scott - You can view the webinars on your own time, if you can't make the live webinars. I highly recommend it if you can work it into your busy schedule... I learned soooooo much!

Good for you. I'm by far the least "GEEKY" person in the Active Rain Community. LOL

I still have so much to do and no time to do it "CORRECTLY".

But the companies that offer all the help with this stuff want a small fortune. What are we as small companies to do?

Sally - Parts of the course are definitely focused on Real Estate, but I believe there is a lot of info that would work for any business. If I were you, I would check it out online and see if you think it would be worth it for you. So much wonderful info.
