Optima, Sherwood Park, AB

The Optima at Wye Crossing is part of a new development in Sherwood Park called Salisbury Village.  This development will be a sustainable urban neighborhood incorporating residential, retail, dining and leisure.

This 3 storey condo complex will have 50 units and a heated underground parkade.  A portion of all electrical energy used will come from renewable wind power sources.

Salisbury Village will have an enhanced natural wetland area with a pond and park along with a network of walking trails.  It will also feature a community garden.  This will be a pedestrian friendly development and as such, the Optima will be close to a variety of shops and restaurants.  There will also be easy access to bus transportation.  Strathcona.ca details more about the future development plans of Salisbury Village.

They're right behind Walmart on Wye Rd.  We've been here for 25 years and I can't believe the changes!  It's hard to keep up with all the new developments isn't it?
