Surveys were sent to Indianapolis area residents who purchased a home priced at more than $150,000 within a 13 month period (May 2012-May 2011). Those who participated in the surveys were asked to provide the name of a real estate agent and rank that individual according to criteria of integrity, communication and customer service. The survey date was collected and scored, resulting in the list of 2012 Indianapolis Five Star Real Estate Agents. The agents included do not pay a fee to be included in the research or the list. The final list of 2012 Indianapolis Five Star Real Estate Agents is a select group representing less than 4% of real estate agents in the area.
