Clearbrook at the village of Loon…Across the street from the slopes many offer ski trail views – shuttle service , wood burning fireplace…and various floor plans the most popular inventory is a 3 bedroom + loft floor plan that ranges from $8,500 -$9,500 depending on club house membership.
